HELINA operates a B2B platform connecting NYC home care agencies (LHCSAs) with credentialed healthcare workers. By using HELINA you agree to (1) provide accurate information, (2) abide by all NY State Department of Health regulations applicable to your role, and (3) treat all counterparties professionally. HELINA does not employ workers; it facilitates introductions between independent workers and licensed agencies.

Placement fees are 12% of first-year compensation for standard placements and 15% for shifts marked urgent at the time of posting. Fees are due upon worker acceptance.
